“Cap’n Crunch Ice Cream” Motion Graphic and Flavor Card for Cool King®

With this project, I compiled audio samples from vintage Cap’n Crunch television ads into a golden goulash of gilded audible greatness guaranteed to grant a trip down memory lane for those who’s youth was spent being ritualistically mesmerized by the “Boob Tube” each Saturday morning.

In my mind, this was the “heyday” of gripping advertising. When the true excitement of my impressionable mind was fulfilled in anticipation of a waxy plastic bag containing a “not quite red” whistle came cascading out the the box along with the bouncing kernels off the bowls bottom.

Funny how that whistle still smells like cereal today!
